Premise

We were tasked with rebrand the community through a series of films to attract family-minded young professionals, and help residents rediscover Lake Forest.

Core values to underscore were family, education, tradition, and philanthropy.

Approach

In collaboration with Lake Forest, we settled on painting a full picture of Lake Forest through a series of three films, to be shown sequentially dependent on where the potential homeowner was in their sales cycle.

The first film would promote general awareness and beauty of Lake Forest, the second would focus on surprising the audience with things they may not expect from Lake Forest, and the final film would paint an idyllic picture of what home could look like not just for them - but their future family.
